The brief
Replace generic hampers with a gift people keep on their desk all year.
The idea
A limited Mochi Gang figure dressed in the company colours, plus a story card.
The experience
Unboxing as a moment: window box, sleeve, card, figure.
The process
Design → 3 rounds of samples → mass production → QC → delivery to 14 offices.
The result
Delivered on time to 14 offices; the figure became a fixture on desks across the company.
